Hamp Bailey, President

Hamp Bailey is the President of HampMED. He has been in the healthcare equipment business since 2011 and very much enjoys working with clients and providing first-class customer service experience. Before starting his career in healthcare he had other various businesses in the construction, insurance and retail industry.

Hamp was born and raised in Jesup and St. Simons, GA area and is a diehard Georgia Bulldogs fan. He enjoys traveling, fitness and being outdoors on the water whenever possible. Spending time with family and friends is important to Hamp, and he enjoys working on the family farm whenever he can.

Dylan Gruby, Sales Consultant

Dylan grew up in the small town of Senoia, GA about 30 miles south of Atlanta but spent summers on the Georgia Coast with his family exploring barrier islands in their Boston Whaler. After attending Georgia Southern University, Dylan and his Golden Retriever, Hogan, moved to the U.S. Virgin Islands and started working on boats. Dylan stayed in the yachting industry for 10 years, eventually earning his 100 Ton Master Captains License.

Dylan decided to dock his boat and come to work for HampMed in the Spring of 2019 as a Sales Consultant. He specializes in Patient Monitors, Sedation Equipment, Medical Gas Equipment and Installations. Dylan forms and maintains relationships with Doctors and their staff, ensuring that projects and services fulfill his clients goals. Through creative demonstrations, Dylan likes to educate customers on the best products that suit their needs.

On the weekends, you can usually find Dylan in a different city, attending an Oral Surgery conference but he tries to sneak back to the Ocean as much as possible.

Kayla Farmer, Sales Consultant

As a sales consultant, Kayla establishes and maintains relationships with current and prospective clients while providing product support and education. Kayla grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She attended the University of Tulsa where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Before joining the team, Kayla worked as a registered nurse in the emergency room and still holds her RN license.

When she is not at work, Kayla enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband, Wayne, and their rescue dog, Milo.
