The Duo Quattro system is the newest and most innovative offering from the inventor of PRF, Dr. Joseph Choukroun. Dr. Choukroun has spent the last several decades dedicating himself to the study of Platelet Rich Fibrin. His discoveries have led to new protocols which optimize the quality of PRF, both in its liquid (I-PRF®, S-PRF®) and solid state (A-PRF®). Countless independent studies evaluating the effectiveness of the PRF generated by the Duo Quattro have been published, some of which can be found in our clinical Catalog as well as on our Case Studies Page. These protocols are pre-programmed on the centrifuge, making the production of PRF easy and predictable.

The Horizontal Centrifugation Myth

The trend of horizontal centrifugation can be attributed to a lack of knowledge of how rpm and rotor angles affect the g-forces that the tubes are subjected to.
